c) financial and accounting obligations — pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, as processing necessary to comply with legal provisions including Article 74 of the Accounting Act
d) defence against and pursuit of claims — pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as the legitimate interest of WEREMCZUK FMR Sp. z o.o.

Retention periods
Personal data necessary to fulfil legal obligations will be retained by WEREMCZUK FMR for the period required by applicable law, for the period during which WEREMCZUK FMR may face consequences for non-performance of those obligations, and for the duration of the relevant duties.
